We offer a range of e-learning and classroom based training.
Our two flagship courses, Level A (enabling people to use ability / intelligence tests) and Intermediate Level B (enabling people to use the Dimensions personality questionnaire), lead to fulfilment of the requirements for the British Psychological Society's Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A / Intermediate Level B respectively).
These courses are delivered though a combination of e-learning, telephone tutorials and a final classroom practical and assessment session, affording delegates the opportunity to pace their learning to suit their needs. The unique design of our training removes the needs to attend lengthy classroom based training.
Given the blended nature of these courses, delegates can commence training within 24hrs of booking and often sooner.
For individuals with prior Level A or equivalent training we do not require attendance on conversion courses.
For individuals with prior Level B or equivalent training we run conversion seminars.
We also provide an array of Company Specific Courses, focusing on the application of Talent Q Assessment Systems and products to an array of Talent Management activities. Additionally, we provide a number of HR skills training courses.
