Applying psychometrics to the talent lifecycle

The seminar covers how to apply state of the art psychometrics to support seamless assessment for recruitment, high potential and developing individuals and teams. These events are ideally suited to those with a Level B or equivalent qualification, but are open to all. Attendees already holding a Level B qualification will receive a Level B Conversion certificate after attending an event.

Key Topics Covered:

  • How to apply Talent Q psychometrics seamlessly through the key stages of the talent lifecycle including recruitment, individual development, team development and the assessment of high potential
  • How to define the personality and ability / intelligence requirements of a given role, assess individuals and produce customised profiling and interview guides based on the results
  • Applying both trait and type models of personality to individual development
  • Combining results for groups to provide analysis of team dynamics
  • The benefits of adaptive ability / intelligence testing with secure verification over traditional and randomised methods

Talent Q was founded in 2005 by Roger Holdsworth in order to bring much needed innovation to the assessment world. The seminar is focused on helping you learn how to apply these innovations to the practice of talent management.
